Adelaide to Barossa Valley (Tununda)
Slow start this morning as we didn’t need to be in the
Barossa until after 2:30pm. In fact directed not to be there before 2.30 pm and therefore had some time to kill. Leaving our accommodations in central Adelaide we decided to head for the Railway Museum in Port
Adelaide with the ladies advised that there was a market in the same area. We headed off to explore the Port area.
Walking around the wharf area we discovered some interesting points including a sailing cutter that is undergoing considerable restoration - a bit like our cars!! In the end some headed into the Railway Museum, some the Maritime Museum
and the remainder to the Market.
Once all gathered back together and with several new comer's it was time to hit the road again, making our way via
Gawler to Tanunda. Locating our accommodations we signed in for the Rally and commenced the process of catching up with old friends, and
making new ones.
